What a typical session with Coach Jay looks like


-Full dynamic warm-up to get blood pumping and build up a sweat


-Movement prep consisting of mobility routines, med balls, water bags, etc.


-Player-specific drills and throwing progressions that target your weaknesses


-Post-throw recovery routine designed to increase endurance and promote faster recovery

All packages must be completed within 5 weeks, with a one-week grace period for sickness or emergency. If in any case Coach Jay needs to cancel or reschedule, such can be done with no repercussion to the client.
