The Fall Instructionals are designed to mirror the way development is done at the highest levels of baseball from college programs to Major League organizations. During these seasons, athletes benefit from a more laid-back approach in the sense where they can get competitive reps, but in a low-pressure environment to allow them the freedom to feel comfortable making mistakes, experiment with new techniques, and continue refining skills with confidence.

Using pitching analytics, we take a calculated, data-driven approach to player development using real performance metrics from both bullpens and games.
Instead of focusing only on strike percentage, we can measure how consistently a pitcher hits or misses spots, which pitches are most effective, and how each outing compares over time.
Players receive detailed evaluations after every performance, including actionable feedback on strengths and areas for improvement. We can also track swing-and-miss rates, hard-contact percentage, soft-contact percentage, location trends, and more.
